Asphalt Overlay 2025
Project Description
Each year the City of Kettering evaluates the conditions of all the city streets to create the annual street maintenance program. After the streets are evaluated, they are then ranked according to the pavement condition and a list is created for the streets that may be paved this year.
Project Update
ADA curb ramp replacements are scheduled to begin this spring on streets slated for paving. The work is expected to last about two months and will not impact traffic. Once completed, the contractor will collaborate with the city to finalize a milling and paving schedule, with paving anticipated to start mid-summer.
