Property taxes are paid to your county of residence.

You can reach the Montgomery County’s Taxpayer Services Department by phone  225-4010-Option 1 or by email at taxpayer-services@mcohio.org or online.

For Kettering residents of Greene County you may pay your bill online, drop your payment off in person to the dropbox in front of the Greene County Treasurer’s Office, or mail your tax stub along with your check payable to Greene County Treasurer 15 Greene St. P.O. Box 427 Xenia, OH 45385 . Envelope MUST be postmarked with the USPS postmark (not a private meter) by the last day of collection (due date) or a penalty will be applied.
