Kettering is now at such an age that maintaining property has become a major issue for residents and business owners. Maintaining the values we hold and the pride we have in our community is at the heart of our property maintenance efforts. The city expects all residents and business owners to take responsibility for properly maintaining their property and doing their part to preserve the pride we all have for Kettering.
It is to our community’s benefit to keep all properties properly maintained and to encourage and assist our neighbors who may be struggling to do the same. A property that is not well maintained impacts property values and has a negative effect on quality of life for neighbors.
