How do I earn the incentive?
Participants must record 5,000 activity minutes or 1,500,000 steps and 100 Non-Activity Points during the Wellness Year (January 1 – December 15). Gather more information on the program incentive page.

How do I track of activity minutes, steps, and non-activity points?
You will use Wellworks to track and submit Activity Minutes and Non-Activity Points. You can follow the Wellworks Login Instructions to log into your account. Can spouses participate? What is the cost?
Spouses are not eligible for the incentive program. Spouses may purchase any Kettering Recreation annual-based pass for 20% off resident prices. However, the employee must have an active pass membership for the spouse to qualify.

What volunteer positions do you have available for youth?
Youth volunteers are needed during the summer at Kettering Recreation Complex, Rosewood Arts Centre, and Habitat Environmental Center to assist with camp activities. Volunteers contribute time and talent in every department within the City of Kettering. How do I become a volunteer at Fraze Pavilion?
To become a volunteer at Fraze (or any department), you must complete a volunteer application.
I reside in another state for a few months each year. Can I still volunteer during the months I am here?
Yes. Just indicate this on your application.
May I volunteer for multiple departments?
Absolutely! Many of our volunteers work in several departments. For example, some of our volunteers work at Fraze Pavilion during the summer and assist in other departments during the winter months.
