Rumpke Waste & Recycling Qualified Senior Resident Rate

The City of Kettering contract with Rumpke Waste & Recycling offers a reduced rate for income eligible and age qualified seniors.

Qualified Senior Resident Rate Eligibility

Eligibility for the Qualified Senior Resident Rate includes:

  • All residents within the house hold must be 65 years or older.
  • The household must have reported less than $35,000 in all sources of income on the previous year’s tax returns.

Qualified Senior Resident Rate

The Qualified Senior Rate offers 50% of the service rates for both Standard Curb-side Service and Premium House-side Service.

How to Enroll

If you are a Kettering senior who meets both requirements, to enroll in the program please bring a photo ID and last year’s tax returns to:

City staff will verify your documentation and return it to you.  You do not need to bring extra copies.
